Injection molding is a processing method that uses an injection molding machine to heat and melt thermoplastic materials, inject them into a mold under high pressure, and then cool and solidify them to form the desired shape and size of plastic products. The mold manufacturing process is simple, the cycle is short, the price is low, and it is suitable for small batch production.
The injection molding process has the following advantages:

In addition to the four stages mentioned above, the detailed process of injection molding also includes:
1. Mold closing: Close the two parts of the mold tightly to ensure that the molten plastic can accurately fill the mold cavity.
2. Injection: Inject molten plastic into the mold by pushing it with a screw.
3. Maintaining pressure: During the injection process, in order to compensate for the volume reduction caused by plastic cooling shrinkage, a certain amount of pressure needs to be maintained.
4. Material storage: During the injection molding process, continuously replenish molten plastic to ensure the continuity of the injection process.
5. Ejection: After the injection is completed, the screw moves back a certain distance to reduce the pressure at the front end and prevent plastic from overflowing.
6. Mold opening: After injection and cooling are completed, open the mold and prepare to remove the molded plastic product.
7. Ejection: Use the ejection device on the mold to eject the formed plastic product from the mold.
